Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Time
On business days (Monday to Friday), we process orders and hand them over to the logistics service provider every afternoon at 4:00 PM (Eastern Time, UTC-5). If it’s a weekend or holiday, we will complete the processing within three days.
Currently, we deliver to the United States and Canada. If we expand our shipping services to other countries in the future, we will update accordingly. If you wish to order from a different country, you can chat with our customer service via the chat window or email us at malomshop@gmail.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
For customers in the United States and Canada, we mostly offer free shipping for our products.
For some remote countries and regions where shipping costs are high, it results in a loss for our business. In such cases, we need you to supplement the shipping costs accordingly. The system will automatically calculate the additional shipping fee, and it will be displayed after you fill in the shipping address. The additional shipping fee ranges from $19.99 to $29.99 (depending on your country and region).
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) levied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, customs fees, and/or VAT charged by the government, as we cannot predict these charges or their amounts. Please contact the local customs office in the relevant jurisdiction for more information on customs policies or duties. If the package is returned due to the buyer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance, the buyer will be responsible for the associated handling fees, which will be determined based on the order amount.
About Lost Package
According to the logistics information, if your package is lost or not delivered, rest assured that we will do our best to assist you in retrieving the package.
- If the package is lost during transit, we will resend a new package to you free of charge, and we will cover all related costs.
However, if the package is returned or destroyed due to being stored for too long at the local facility, the customer will be responsible for the loss, and no refund will be issued. If the customer agrees to pay a shipping fee of approximately $15-20, we can consider resending the package.
- If the logistics system indicates that the package has been delivered (e.g., placed in a parcel locker, at the front door, or in another safe location), but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check with family members to see if someone received it.
- Contact the logistics company to ask for the specific placement location.
- Review any security footage around the delivery time.
If you still cannot find the package, please contact the police or the logistics company to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (email: malomshop@gmail.com). Typically, we can intercept the package and update the shipping information within one business day.
However, once the package has been shipped, we cannot modify the address. You will need to contact the local postal service to resolve the issue. If the address is incorrect or the recipient cannot be reached during delivery, the postal service may return or damage the package, and the customer will be responsible for the loss.
We will follow these procedures:
- For returned packages, we will send multiple emails requesting the correct address and contact information for reshipment. This process can take time depending on the local postal service's handling speed. Reshipment will incur additional shipping costs (typically around $15), which will be the customer's responsibility.
- If we are unable to reach you, the package may be disposed of by the postal service after 15 days, and no refund or return will be provided in this case.
If the package is destroyed due to customer error, we do not offer refunds or returns.
