Return Policy

Order Cancellation and Editing Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or edit your order. Please refer to the following policy:

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment: If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact our customer service team (malomshop@gmail.com) as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  2. Cancellation After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible. In such cases, please follow our return process.

MALOM Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a simple return process.

Note:
Returned items must be shipped within 3 days of receiving return instructions, in their original condition and packaging.

Returns:

  1.  No Reason Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in original condition. We will provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs (the product and packaging must be intact, and it must be returned from the original shipping address)
  2. Returns between 7 and 30 Days: If you return the product between 7 and 30 days after receipt, we will refund the full amount, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs
  3. Quality Issues: If the product has quality issues or defects, we will arrange a replacement after confirmation. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, and a video showing the defect is required.

Return Process:

  1. Submit Return Request: Contact us via email (malomshop@gmail.com) to explain the reason for your return and initiate the process.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide the return address and relevant details. Please send the return package and provide the tracking number within 3 days.
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the product. If there is no damage, we will process the refund or exchange.

Refund Time:
Once we have inspected the return and confirmed the product is in perfect condition, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, usually 5 to 15 days.

Exchanges:

  1. Unused Product Exchange: We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in original condition. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. If the exchange request is made between 7 and 30 days, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

  2. Defective Product Exchange: If a product is defective within 30 days of receipt, we will provide a new replacement and cover the shipping costs. For requests made after 30 days, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Damage Due to Misuse: We do not offer exchanges for damage caused by improper use (e.g., fire, water damage, or mishandling). Please use the product according to the provided instructions.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out via email (malomshop@gmail.com) to report the defect and request an exchange.
  2. Provide Information: Include details about the defect and supporting documents or photos.
  3. Approval and Shipping Instructions: We will provide instructions for returning the defective product and ship a replacement.
  4. Inspection and Replacement: After receiving the defective product, we will inspect it and send a replacement if the defect is confirmed.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Lost or Damaged Returns:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping. Please pack your return carefully and use a trackable shipping method.
